一、课程简介

    《中医妇科学》是运用中医学的理论和方法，研究女性生殖系统生理病理的临床学科。 课程教学内容 以中医妇科的基本原理，常见病、多发病的临床知识为重点， 采用以病例为先导的讨论式教学方法 ，对理论难点，循序渐进。根据学校教学规划，妇科教学总共5个学分，70学时，其中理论教学56学时，临床实习14学时。本大纲课时分配中未列入的章节，由学生自学。课程分总论、各论、附论三部分。总论共七章，简要介绍中医妇科学发展史；系统论述女性的生殖脏器、生理特点和病理的特点；并阐明妇科疾病的诊治要点与预防保健。各论共五章，分别论述月经病、带下病、妊娠病、产后病、妇科杂病等基本知识。附论共三章，简要介绍女性解剖与生理、妊娠生理。

    本课程采用“十五”国家级规划教材《中医妇科学》,西医部分参照全国统编五 版教材《妇产科学》作为教研室统一规定教材。

《 G ynecology of traditional  Chinese  medicine》is a clinical subject which use the theory and method of TCM 

to study the physiology and pathology of female genital system. The content of the curriculum takes the emphasis 

as the fundamental  theory  of gynecology and clinical knowledge of the common diseases and frequent diseases.

To explain the difficult and doubtful points gradually.  T he content adopt the case -discussion  teaching method. 

According to the school ’ s educational program.the curriculum of gynecology takes up five credits and 70 study 

hours in all ,56 hours are used as theory  teaching , and 14 hours are used as  clinical   practice . 

The other sections are studied by the study themselves. 

The curriculum is divided into three parts,the generation ,the specialation and 

the addition.  T he generation has seven sections, introducing the TCM of gynecology  development of the history 

simply , dealing with the female ’ s  procreant ciscera. 

Physiologic tendency and pathologic tendency and explaining 

the diagnosis , treatment  ,preventation and health care of the gynecological  diseases . The specialation has five 

sections,dealing with the basic knowledge of emmeniopathy .leukorrhagia. post-partum disease .preganant 

disease and miscellaneous gynecological diseases ect.The addition has three sections,introducing the female ’ s 

genitalia anatomise and the female ’ s physiology and preganant physiology.

The curriculum takes  “    G ynecology of traditional  Chinese  medicine ” and  “G ynecology and obstetrics ”  as the teaching material.
